For all URGENT block communal maintenance issues occurring out of hours - After 5.30pm Monday-Friday, weekends and Bank Holidays, please contact our emergency service on +44(0)121 798 1459

All non-urgent issues will be dealt with during our normal office hours Monday-Friday office hours of 9.00am-5.30pm.

Out of hours emergencies

Timetable

Cleaning

All communal areas, including lifts - cleaned once per week

Refuse and recycling

General Waste, Glass & Cardboard - collected a minimum of once per week.

Fire Alarm Testing

Once per week

Ground maintenance

Maintenance where applicable will be carried out to a set timetable throughout the year.

Window cleaning

Once every quarter.
